As an FBS Strategy Ford Champ, you will be responsible of you will be a key contributor to the FBS Mexico Center, actively supporting its mission to drive innovation and operational excellence. Digitalize processes, automate reports, and build dashboards with FBS Mexico Central, gaining a global view of operations

What you´ll do:

• Project Coordination Support: Help coordinate day-to-day project management activities (highly concentrated in talent management, finance and corporate communications) for capability transitions, resource planning and headcount tracking, knowledge transfer and skilling initiatives. 
• Digitalization & Automation Support: Actively assist in identifying opportunities to digitalize and automate administrative tasks and processes, leveraging tools like Excel, Power BI, and potentially other Microsoft Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Apps). 
• Reporting & Dashboard Development: Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. 
• Data Analysis & Insights: Support the review and analysis of data to identify trends, assist in problem-solving, and help generate actionable insights to improve performance, retention, and employee experience. 
• Knowledge Management & Process Improvement: Assist in the documentation and maintenance of knowledge transfer processes and repositories. Support the identification of best practices across FBS centers and benchmarking groups, contributing to a continuous improvement mindset. 

What you´ll need:

• Active student from any of the last 2 semesters of Business Intelligence and Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Data Science, or any other related field
• 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)

• Strong analytical and communication skills 

• Technical Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., Power Query, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas).
• Data Visualization & Business Intelligence: Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience with data visualization tools, specifically Microsoft Power BI.  
• Process Automation: Familiarity with or eagerness to learn about process automation tools (e.g., Power Apps, Macros, VBA). 
• Analytical Mindset: A strong aptitude for data analysis, problem-solving, and extracting meaningful insights from datasets. 

• Proactive & Innovative: A self-starter who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and actively seeks opportunities to apply digital solutions for efficiency gains. 

• Adaptability: Comfortable working in an evolving and dynamic environment, demonstrating an innate ability to deal with ambiguity.
