Fleet Operations Ford Champ

Ford Champs will allow to get to now different business areas through 12 to 24 months, while you improve your skills and become a better professional.

As an Fleet Operations Ford Champ, you will be responsible of being a liaison between dealer operations and fleet operations. The position will support daily operational activities, ensure proper process tracking, and assist in coordinating business requirements to guarantee an efficient operation.

What you´ll do:

• Follow up on invoicing processes with the dealer network. 
• Support the analysis of business cases and operational reports. 
• Coordinate communication among internal teams, dealers, and customers.
• Maintain and update operational records and internal systems. 
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the operation.

What you´ll need:

• Active student from any of the last 2 semesters of Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)

• Strong analytical and communication skills 

• Analytical and organized profile.

• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Access. 
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
