In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the GBS Center Lead. You will lead a multidisciplinary team—including Finance, Procurement, People Engagement, and Agile Coaches—to manage complex organizational operations. Your mission is to translate high-level strategies into actionable roadmaps, oversee financial and vendor governance, and cultivate an innovative, transparent organizational culture. You are the engine that keeps our strategic rhythm moving and the liaison that elevates our center’s global profile.
- Strategic Governance: Manage executive office operations, translate leadership vision into project plans (e.g., Business Continuity, Work-to-Office models), and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Operational & Financial Oversight: Direct the department’s budget, manage supplier/sourcing contracts, and re-engineer processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
- People & Culture: Design innovative engagement strategies and communication plans to boost employee satisfaction and foster a culture of innovation.
- Executive Liaison: Orchestrate high-impact logistics and agendas for visiting global leaders and manage internal branding to showcase the center’s achievements.
- Strategic Execution & PMO: Lead and track high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from ideation to successful implementation. Act as the central point of control for the executive’s strategic roadmap.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, Communications, Business Intelligence or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in Global Operations, Business Strategy, or Financial Management, with a proven track record of implementing organizational roadmaps.
- 3-5+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar rigorous advisory role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing large-scale initiatives, tracking DEI/internal metrics, and implementing SAFe/Agile practices.
- Leadership & Soft Skills:
- Exceptional executive presence, public speaking, and stakeholder mediation skills.
- Proven ability to navigate high levels of ambiguity and move seamlessly from high-level strategy to "hands-on" execution.
- Strong resourcefulness and a self-driven approach to solving complex organizational problems.
- Proven ability to apply structured frameworks to unstructured problems. Exceptional analytical skills with a high proficiency in financial modeling and data-driven storytelling.
