As an GES BackOfficeFord Champ, you will be responsible of supporting operational efficiency, and proper information management. This position involves coordinating administrative activities, communicating with suppliers, implementing processes, analyzing Information and collaborating with various departments to ensure the optimal functioning of daily operations.
The BackOffice Analyst acts as a fundamental support point for the team, contributing to continuous improvement and the achievement of the organization's objectives.
What you´ll do:
- Data Analysis & Automation: Transform operational data into clear dashboards and reports to drive decision-making. Continuous validation and automation of analysis tasks to optimize long-term processes.
- IT Asset & Access Management: Coordinate the onboarding/offboarding process, manage IT equipment (inventories, damage, and theft reports), and authorize secure access to GTBC facilities.
- Operations & HR Support: Manage the specialized services database, answer supplier FAQs, and coordinate business continuity plans during vacations, holidays, and year-end shutdowns.
- Communications & Events: Lead official internal and supplier communications, and coordinate key organizational events, including Business Innovation Office initiatives.
What you´ll need:
- Data & Tech Savvy: Proven experience in data analysis, cleaning, and preparation. Proficient in Power BI/Tableau, Python (Pandas, Matplotlib, Plotly), and Advanced Excel (Macros/Pivot Tables), with SQL as a strong plus.
- Exceptional Communication:Advanced English fluency with the ability to clearly communicate, collaborate, and build strong relationships across multidisciplinary global teams and external suppliers.
- Operational & Analytical Agility: Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills, paired with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to adapt to change and drive efficient decision-making.
