•承接福特全球的零售设施标准，开发设施本地化指导手册，协调内外部资源，管理网络建设项目的单店设计、建设和认证，确保按时按质完成网络布局目标。

•负责经销商建设项目落地后的返利发放协调工作。

•教育背景：本科及以上学历，工商管理、市场营销、运营管理、数据分析、统计学或相关专业。

•工作经验：具备汽车行业销售网络发展、经销商管理、运营规划或相关领域经验。熟悉经销商运营模式、评估体系及激励机制。

•具备卓越的战略规划能力，熟悉网络拓展（选址、建店、资质审核）流程和标准。

•具备强大的数据分析能力，能够熟练运用数据工具进行市场调研、网络运营监控和绩效评估。

•具备出色的沟通、协调和谈判能力，能够有效处理与经销商及内部各部门的关系。

•熟练使用办公软件，尤其是Excel和PowerPoint，具备专业的报告撰写和演示能力。

•具备前瞻性思维和创新意识，对行业发展趋势有敏锐洞察力。具备严谨的逻辑思维和数据驱动的决策能力。

•具备较强的解决问题能力和抗压能力，能够在复杂多变的环境中工作。工作积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神和领导潜力。

•具备良好的英语读写能力。
