统筹售后服务品牌建设、售后奖励方案、ESB业务、充电业务、售后专用零件(福宝零件、化学品、修补漆)开发与销售,落地各项传播/促销计划及活动,并对市场表现与业绩进行追踪、分析、提出改进意见及措施

1.基于公司整体品牌形象及理念,定位、建立售后服务品牌形象。

2.分析、挖掘市场趋势及客户需求,制定服务产品(ESB、售后专用零件)开发策略及计划,推动项目发展及产品成功上市,不断提高客户满意度与忠诚度。

3.管理售后服务固定及市场费用预算,制定售后奖励方案、与服务相关各项产品促销、品牌传播计划及活动,支持服务部关键KPI达成。

4.充电业务(公充+私充)的开展和管理。

1. 大学本科及以上学历,汽车、市场营销、工商管理专业优先
2. 优秀的中英文语言表达、阅读写作能力
3. 具备6年及以上工作经验;有管理、汽车公司售后服务市场、车企区域工作经验优先
4. 熟练掌握格种办公运用软件,具备较强的数据分析能力
5. 良好的客户服务态度与人际交往技巧,组织、沟通、协调、创新能力
