Business Operations Specialist

Ford Business Solutions is looking for a

Business Operations Specialist

to join our  Ford Customer Service Team in our Szentendre office.

What will be your roles and responsibilities?

• Daily monitoring of Hungarian and EDM DTA cases raised for vehicles and taking ownership of escalation process

  • Preparation of further phases – addition of new carlines and new markets

  • Daily DTA report with 100% visibility and a robust escalation process 

  • KPI measurement and reporting to management and market reviews

  • DTA Dashboard support (daily refresh and maintenance, development based on user experience)

  • Reducing VOR/Downtime to a minimum with proactive actions and communication

  • Cooperating with CV Uptime projects where practical

  • Communicate with all departments involved: 

    • FoE, CV Uptime, NSC, Liive team, CRC, Dealers, PS&L, Merchandiser, etc.

  • Analyze trends and work together with concerned teams to identify and resolve, later prevent repeated issues

  • Explore and use connected vehicle data to support the processes

  • Look for opportunities for automation

Tools and resources:

• PTS (DTAs, connected vehicle data)

• Global Uptime (Ford Liive)

• SAP (Shortage monitor, SPRINT, Product Dashboard, etc.)

• Microcat (parts)

• SAP Transportation Management (backorders)

• MS Excel

• PowerBI (preferred)

• Sharepoint

Alteryx / Flowcraft (preferred)

Requirements for the position:

• Strong business acumen coupled with commitment to quality

• Project management experience – enabling cooperation across multiple departments

• Min. 1-year experience in FCSD area is an advantage

• Self-development skill for learning new tools and new processes

• Strong analytical skills (strong MS Excel skills are essential)

• Data driven: collect, analyze, report and support decision making process

• Communication skillto speak with impact

• Critical thinking skill to foster innovation

• Problem solving skills to identify root cause of an issue and find resolution in structured manner 

• Time and priority management skills to boost productivity and efficiency

• Fluent English both written and spoken
