Area 1 – Administration of Loyalty Program contracting frameworks

• Process ESPS System Framework Maintenance to ensure Market Portfolio updates and support amendments of existing Ford Protect programs

• Support implementation of new product launches

• Support full Portfolio Rollover to ensure Ford Protect plan availability in all markets after year-end

• Ensure adherence to Audit processes by providing evidence on system entry actions

Area 2 – Others

• Alignment with other FCSD areas (e.g. FP market coordinators, IT, Finance) on Ford Protect plan system set up regarding timing, approvals and validity dates 

• Support central and local Project Management 

• Process Loyalty document tracking to ensure short term and long term planning of Plan Maintenance and implementations

• Work on market specific requests and questions regarding issues during registration process of loyalty products

• Support the ESPS System Team Lead regarding special requests

• BA degree

• Pronounced communication skills and teamwork/collaborative skills

• Flexibility and good assertiveness

• High detail accuracy

• Good skills of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word)

• Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written

• Experience in advanced Excel functions (macros)

• Practical AI knowledge 

• Project management experience 

• Working relationship experience with Business, Finance & IT
