Supporting NSC FCSD Marketing & Sales teams to provide superior and competency-based services on the full scope of the Variable Marketing program management, from the idea until the evaluation. All activities must be in line with the SLA, FoE strategy/growth plan and audit compliant.
Detailed task functions and responsibilities:
Program proposals: support NSC Marketing teams to submit high-quality VM programs and enable them to apply for funds. Know VM repository programs and check availability in case of all new market request. Prepare program proposals with background calculations, calculate the profit to cost ratio, with and without program volume scenarios. Understand the local business conditions, dealer network structure and analyse historical data.
Dealer Objective Setting: analyse historical data and calculate objectives using optional objective setting models. Support the alignment of different objective levels (Dealer-NSC-FoE) by financial calculations. Help market make local program annoucement and collect the final dealer objectives by markets. Use dashboard functionally where it applies.
VM Forecast: prepare the monthly forecast within deadline applying for European forecast guidelines. Support it with backup calculations and provide it to the respective market. Make sure that internal control compliance is achieved.
Program Evaluation: perform program evaluation in efficient and accurate manner. Put special attention on collection of market qualifiers when central database is not available.
Bonus Payment: prepare NSC payment documents based on program evaluation. Submit them to global billing portal for approval if available.
Dealer reporting: Deliver consistent, high-quality reporting support to National Sales Companies (NSCs), while managing and optimizing SharePoint ticketing systems, databases, operational workflows, and dealer-facing performance dashboards
- Process Improvements: make process improvements recommendations if any process ineffectiveness is experienced. Support the digital transformation for VM program management.
Preferred Skills/ Experience:
Education & Experience: University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Aftersales experience preferred.
Languages: Fluency in both English and German, with the ability to support daily business in both languages.
Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with data analytics (SQL/GCP/VBA) or BI tools is a strong asset.
Execution & Drive: Exceptional priority management skills to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines in a dynamic, international environment.
