Ford Business Solutions is looking for a

Purchasing Coordinator

to join our Purchasing Team in our Szentendre office.

As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will ensure efficient, compliant, and value-driven non-production procurement by managing sourcing, supplier relationships, contracts, purchasing systems, and internal processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support business operations while maintaining high standards of governance, compliance, and operational excellence.

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the position? 

• Lead non-production purchasing activities in line with global procurement policies and internal controls.
• Coordinate sourcing, supplier selection, contract management, and purchasing processes to ensure compliance, value, and efficiency.
• Manage supplier relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve procurement and invoicing issues.
• Oversee purchasing systems (SAP Ariba and supplier databases), ensuring accurate data, user support, and process governance.
• Support audits, maintain purchasing documentation, and drive continuous improvement through training and process guidance
  

Are we looking for you? Yes, if you…

• Hold a university degree in Law, Economics, or a related field (Law preferred).  
• Have strong English communication skills and are confident working with diverse stakeholders. 
• Are detail-oriented, organized, and committed to accuracy and compliance. 
• Enjoy solving problems, working independently, and managing multiple priorities.  
• Are comfortable using business systems and digital tools, with experience in procurement or SAP Ariba considered an advantage.
