Ford Pro is at the forefront of transforming commercial mobility, bringing together vehicles, software, charging, service and financing into one integrated ecosystem. As the industry undergoes unprecedented change, we are redefining how businesses operate in an electrified, connected world.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the centre of that transformation. As Strategy & Business Transformation Manager, you will work directly with senior leaders to shape direction, drive execution and ensure the business is set up to win long term. You’ll operate where strategy meets delivery, turning ambition into tangible results in a fast-moving, complex environment.

You will take ownership of critical strategic priorities, leading workstreams that cut across markets and functions. At the same time, you’ll act as a trusted partner to leadership, bringing structure, insight and pace to some of the most important decisions facing the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading strategic workstreams end-to-end, from problem definition through to execution
  • Shaping and evolving Ford Pro Europe’s strategy and transformation agenda
  • Partnering with senior leaders to drive decision-making and set priorities
  • Delivering complex, cross-functional projects with clear and measurable impact
  • Ensuring alignment across teams, keeping initiatives connected and moving at pace
  • Translating complex analysis into clear, compelling recommendations

This role suits someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and is motivated by real business impact. You’ll bring both the intellectual rigor and the presence to operate effectively at senior levels, while maintaining a hands-on approach to delivery.

We’re looking for:

  • Experience in a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank or private equity environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with sharp commercial judgement
  • Excellent communication skills, including structured storytelling for senior audiences
  • Confidence working with and influencing senior stakeholders
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to navigate pace and ambiguity
  • A broad, “big picture” view of how businesses operate

A strong academic track record is expected; an MBA or equivalent is advantageous but not essential.

Additional Information:

The Company is committed to diversity and equality of opportunity for all and is opposed to any form of less favourable treatment or harassment on the grounds of race, religion or belief, sex, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment or disability

This position is based in Dunton, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton office for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.

As part of our pre-employment checks process, successful candidates will be required to undergo a criminal record check. This will be conducted in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and applied only to unspent convictions.
