  • Gestión de indicadores de satisfacción del cliente (NPS) y calidad de reparación a la primera (FIRFT)
  • Impulso de la transformación digital (agendamiento online, pickup and delivery, servicio móvil)
  • Gestión de casos críticos (CRO)
  • Consultoría de operaciones, capacidad instalada y productividad de la red
  • Cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y certificaciones de auditoría
  • Gestión comercial: ventas de repuestos y retención de clientes mediante análisis de datos
  • Presencia en campo (visitas de consultoría a concesionarios)

  • Desarrollo y entrenamiento del talento en los concesionarios

Para Venezuela buscamos un perfil con las siguientes características diferenciales:

  • Experiencia: 2 a 5 años.
  • Formación: Preferiblemente Ingeniería (industrial, mecánica, mecatrónica, sistemas o afines)
  • Competencias técnicas adicionales:
    • Data analytics
    • Manejo de bases de datos
    • Herramientas de visualización de datos (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
    • Solución de conflictos
  • Perfil conductual buscado:
    • Disruptivo, con capacidad de cuestionar y mejorar procesos establecidos.
    • Alta adaptabilidad ante el cambio.
    • Habilidades sociales sólidas, con facilidad de trato directo con dueños de concesionarios.
    • Capacidad de persuasión e influencia orientada al logro de metas comerciales.
    • Agilidad y orientación a resultados.
