- Define and operationalize DevOps Research and Assessment (DORA), Satisfaction, Performance, Activity, Communication, and Efficiency (SPACE), and Developer Experience (DevEx) metrics to improve delivery performance and developer flow.
- Deliver executive reporting that connects platform data to business outcomes, engineering effectiveness, and risk reduction.
- Drive adoption across 1,000+ engineers through enablement, documentation, office hours, and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage the service catalog and component inventory, including ownership, health scorecards, standards, and governance.
- Partner with engineering leaders to turn productivity signals into process, tooling, and platform improvements.
- Evaluate and roll out Atlassian Marketplace applications, integrations, and capabilities that improve engineering experience.
- Own the Atlassian Developer Experience (DX) vendor relationship, including roadmap alignment, escalations, beta programs, and feedback loops.
You'll have...

- 3+ years' experience integrating engineering tools across CI/CD [Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery], source control, observability, deployment, service management, and reporting platforms.
Even better, you may have…
- Experience with Atlassian DX [Developer Experience], Atlassian Compass, Backstage, Port, or similar internal developer portal and developer intelligence platforms.

- Experience with Forge or Connect app development, Atlassian REST [Representational State Transfer] APIs [Application Programming Interfaces], GraphQL [Graph Query Language] APIs [Application Programming Interfaces], automation, scripting, or custom reporting integrations.
- Exposure to measuring adoption, productivity impact, or engineering effectiveness of AI [Artificial Intelligence]-assisted development tooling.
