技术热线工程师是连接公司、经销商和客户的重要技术纽带,为全国经销商提供在产及停产车型的售后技术支持,并协同各个工厂工程团队解决产品质量问题,核心目标是提升售后服务质量与客户满意度。

技术热线工程师是连接公司、经销商和客户的重要技术纽带,为全国经销商提供在产及停产车型的售后技术支持,并协同各个工厂工程团队解决产品质量问题,核心目标是提升售后服务质量与客户满意度。

远程技术支持:通过技术支持系统、电话、邮件等多种渠道,为全国经销商提供在产及停产车型的远程技术指导,协助解决车辆维修中的疑难杂症 

现场疑难处理:对于重大客户投诉或严重的个别产品问题,需要提供现场技术支持,进行技术调查并拟定解决方案

质量改进协同:作为沟通桥梁,协调工厂内的质量改善和产品开发部门,共同讨论并解决批量性的产品质量问题或设计缺陷

技术审核与培训:负责经销商索赔工单的预先技术审核,并参与审核优秀的维修案例。同时,支持经销商服务技能竞赛,并组织专项技术培训
