Ford Business Solutions is looking for an

HR Solutions Advisor – fixed-term

to join our Local HR Team in our Váci Greens office.

We're looking for an experienced HR professional to support our European Business Services organization across HR operations, payroll governance, compensation & benefits, compliance, and employee engagement. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys improving processes, partnering with stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

This role is a fixed-term position with an expected duration until end of September 2027, providing an exciting opportunity to contribute to key HR initiatives within the FBS Europe team.

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the position? 

  • Drive the implementation/upgrade of HR programs, policies, and initiatives across the FBS Europe locations.
  • Service manage the payroll activities through external and internal service providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employees on HR-related topics and collaborate closely with shared service teams.
  • Advise compensation and benefits processes, including job descriptions, grading structures, salary surveys, and annual benefit programs.
  • Coordinate audits, HR documentation, policies, and compliance activities.
  • Manage HR-related vendors, contracts, purchase orders, and budgeting processes.
  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance employee experience.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, social activities, and action plans resulting from employee surveys.
  • Contribute to HR projects and cross-functional initiatives that support business growth.

Are we looking for you? Yes, if you…

  • Have 5-8 years of HR experience, ideally within a Business Services or multinational environment.
  • Are fluent in English and Hungarian and confident communicating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Have experience in HR operations, employee services, payroll, compensation & benefits, or related areas.
  • Possess strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Enjoy improving processes and working with HR systems and data.
  • Having good understanding of AI/Digital tools is a great advantage.
  • Have a customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering excellent employee support.
  • Understand Hungarian labor law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Bring strong collaboration and communication skills and thrive in an international environment.
  • Experience in payroll management, job evaluation, grading structures, or rewards programs is a strong advantage.
