In this position...

  • Strategic Planning & Execution Oversight: Defining and updating priorities and roadmaps aligned with Program Increments, overseeing test design progress, leading review sessions, driving critical defect follow-up, reporting, and resolution, and tracking overall execution status.
  • Data Collection, Analysis & Insight Generation: Gathering critical project data, analyzing performance through KPIs, and generating insightful reports and dashboards to inform planning, track progress, and highlight defect trends.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for alignment on plans, disseminating information (including defect status), and addressing needs effectively.
  • Utilizing Key Tools & Methodologies: Employing Jira, TestRail, Confluence, data analysis tools (SQL, Python, BI platforms), and Agile/Scrum practices to facilitate planning, execution, and defect management.

Work Products 

Work products are the specific artifacts created or maintained by the TTM during their tasks, which contribute to the deliverables. These include:

  • BPR Meeting Agendas, Minutes, and Action Item Logs.
  • SRR Input Data and Presentation Materials.
  • Consolidated Status Reports from Cross-Functional Teams.
  • Jira Dashboards and Custom Reports for project tracking.
  • Excel Spreadsheets for data collection, analysis, and ad-hoc reporting.
  • TestRail generated reports on test execution, coverage, and milestone progress.
  • Confluence Pages for documenting processes, meeting notes, and shared knowledge.
  • SQL Queries and Python Scripts for data extraction, transformation, and report automation.
  • Power BI/Qlik (or other BI tool) dashboard files and data models.
  • Presentations (e.g., PowerPoint) for various forums (BPR, SRR, EMM).
  • Defect Tracking Logs and Triage Summaries.
  • Roadmap Visualizations (e.g., Gantt charts, timelines).
  • GPDS-compliant documentation related to testing and quality processes.
  • Communication templates for status updates and issue escalation.

You'll have...

•    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical field
•    3-5+ years of experience in test management, quality assurance or a related technical role
•    Proficiency with Jira, TestRail and Confluence for test tracking and documentation
•    Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Qlik or similar BI platforms
•    Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, particularly Program Increment (PI) planning
•    Demonstrated ability to manage defect tracking and triage processes
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to cross-functional and leadership audiences
•    Strong analytical skills with experience generating KPI reports and data quality assessments

Even better, you may have...
•    Experience creating roadmap visualizations (e.g., Gantt charts) and project documentation in compliance with organizational standards (e.g., GPDS)- pref

•   Hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation and automation- pref.

This position is a salary grade range of 7 - 8 and ranges from $86,600 - $166,200.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
