What you'll do....

The primary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Support the logistical execution of bringing employees back to the site. This includes managing room capacities, flow-through of personnel, and scheduling. Prepare classroom lists, distribute onboarding, and training related materials.
  • Assist salary team in the classroom environment, ensuring technology (projectors, laptops, audio) is functional and that the training agenda stays on schedule.
  • Responsible for the accurate entry of training completion records for all returning employees. This is a high-stakes task to ensure OAC corporate safety compliance targets.
  • Maintain digital and physical employee files, ensuring that "Hours Worked" and "Training Hours" are captured correctly. Utilize Excel skills to track recall status, training gaps, attendance trends, merge reports and upload to dashboards.
  • Identify areas in need of improvement in onboarding flow and propose solutions to improve employee experience.
  • Update visual management boards or digital dashboards that track the progress of the launch against the master schedule.

You'll have ...

  • Undergraduate or Graduate degree in progress or graduated in 2026
  • Candidates must be available May to August 2026
  • High proficiency in MS Office 365, with "Power User" status in Excel (data cleaning, formulas, and reporting). 

Even better, you may have...

  • Familiarity with corporate Human Resource Information System, (HRIS) or Learning Management System, (LMS), platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. The candidate must be comfortable speaking in front of groups and dealing with a diverse workforce.
