What you'll do...

The primary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Developing forecasts, business plans, and annual budgets with operating partners
  • Accounting, financial reporting, and developing/implementing financial control processes  
  • Supporting preparation of business proposals to senior management
  • We're searching for people who have the skills and abilities to make an immediate difference in our business.

You'll Have:

Education

  • Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.


Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in developing forecasts, business plans, and annual budgets with operating partners
  • Understanding of financial reporting, and developing/implementing financial control processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.

  • CPA designation an asset.


Experience

  • AI Literacy & Productivity: Leveraging modern artificial intelligence (AI) and Automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, PowerBI).
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills.

This posting is for an existing vacancy within our team.

The expected annual salary range for this Ford of Canada position is $74,000.00 - $124,000.00 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our Annual Compensation bonus program.


Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required.
