Finance Supervisor 

to join our Ford of Europe Finance Team in our Szentendre office.

Role Overview

Responsible for analyzing and communicating the financial impact of vehicle mix and option take-rates (Mix & Rates) across European markets, supporting key planning cycles including Forecast, Budget, and Business Plan. The role partners with cross-functional teams to provide insights for strategic decision-making and senior leadership reporting.

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?

  • Analyze and present financial impacts of vehicle mix and option take-rate changes for European markets across Forecasts, Budget, and Business Plans.
  • Support Quarterly Earnings processes by preparing Mix & Rates data and responding to senior management inquiries.
  • Collaborate with operational and financial stakeholders including Programming, NSCs, Profit Analysis, Product Development, and Pricing teams.
  • Provide data analysis and insights to support mix-related strategic decisions and senior leadership presentations.
  • Identify, quantify, and communicate Mix & Rates risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate Mix & Rates inputs into the profit system, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and timely submission across functions.
  • Drive continuous improvements in Mix & Rates reporting and support global initiatives (e.g., GVMR, IMPRS, I-ERP).
  • Lead and supervise one direct report.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent qualification (e.g., CIMA).

  • 7+ years’ experience in a similar field

  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to extract key insights from large datasets.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities within tight deadlines.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across functions and management levels.

  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; experience with Hyperion, VBA, or Power BI is a plus.

  • Knowledge of IMPRS is an advantage.
