Compensation and Benefits

  • Transitional Work Arrangements
    Allow regular, full-time, salaried employees to reduce their work hours by as much as 60 percent with management approval.
  • Telecommuting 
    Provides the opportunity to work from an alternative location on a formal or informal basis from 1 to 4 days a week.
  • Flexhours
    Enables employees to determine their own hours of work (starting and ending time within an 8-hour day).
  • Alternative Work Schedule
    Expands the Flexhours program to include compressed work schedules.
