You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and cloud-based platforms to support various stakeholders across the organization.
What you'll do...

- KPI Monitoring & Optimization: Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to parts sales, including:
- Retail "sell-out" from dealerships to end customers.
- "Sell-in" to dealers (dealer wholesale).
- "Sell-in" to Ford Automotive Distributors (FADs) covering sales to dealerships and the overall aftermarket.
- Identify drivers behind performance fluctuations and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Parts Pricing: Able to support PCM analysis to inform parts pricing as needed.
- Understand price strategies and ability to prepare pricing scenarios
- Independent Repairers: Supports programs which rely on invoice data and the ability to curate the data for reporting, insights and strategy development.
- Able to perform data matching / de-duping in order to provide the appropriate insight
- Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and user-friendly dashboards using Qlik Sense, enabling business users to explore data independently and make informed decisions.
- Data Pipeline & Architecture: Maintain robust data pipelines and workflows using Alteryx. Lead the migration of existing Alteryx workflows to Google-based products, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
- Cloud Data Management: Work extensively within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP), creating and managing tables in Google BigQuery to support analytical needs and reporting requirements.
- Insight Generation: Proactively identify opportunities for data-driven improvements in customer service processes and parts sales strategies. Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for various business stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal customers (business leads) to understand their data needs, gather requirements, and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with members of the Global Data, Analytics and Insights team to ensure consistency, leverage best practices, and contribute to the overall data strategy of the company.
- Data Quality & Governance: Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of data used for analysis and reporting.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Success in this Role:
- Timeliness and accuracy of parts sales reporting (sell-out, dealer wholesale, FAD sell-in).
- Impact of insights on customer service efficiency and parts sales growth.
- Efficiency and reliability of data pipelines and dashboards.
You'll have...
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.

- 3+ years of experience using Alteryx for data blending, transformation, and workflow automation.
- 3+ years of experience using Qlik Sense for dashboard development, data visualization, and reporting.
Even better, you may have...

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
