Business Support Analyst

Campaigns Management is a team at Ford of Europe that makes sure that European dealers get paid for participating in various campaigns. They use a special software to manage the payments based on the information they receive from other internal systems.

• Support the Operations team in investigating system issues.

• Support the Operations team with reporting inquiries.

• Perform user access administration and conduct regular access reviews.

• Pre-screen system issues and report them to the Application Management team.

• Prioritize open issues and follow up with Application Management on aging items.

• Support the Application Development and Testing teams with issues that require code fixes.

• Regularly review and update process documentation.

• Support the Operations team with market communications.

• Coordinate deployment activities for the Operations team.

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in a relevant field).

• High-level English proficiency (both written and spoken).

• Knowledge of SQL and programming is a plus.

• Customer-centric mindset.

• Accuracy and strong attention to detail.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Experience in System Support or Change Management is an advantage.
