Area 1 – Administration of Loyalty Program contracting frameworks

• Process system framework maintenance to ensure market portfolio updates and support amendments of existing loyalty programs like Ford extended warranty, maintenance packages or Service Activated Roadside Assistance

• Support implementation of new product launches in the system

• Ensure adherence to Audit processes by providing evidence on system entry actions 

• Alignment with other Ford areas (e.g. market coordinators, IT, Finance) on Ford Protect plan system set up regarding timing, approvals and validity dates 

Area 2 – Others

• Support central and local Project Management 

• Process Loyalty document tracking to ensure short term and long term planning of Plan Maintenance and implementations

• Ensure monthly Roadside Assistance Reporting based on information provided by Service Provider and quarterly Fleet reporting  

• Work on market specific requests and questions regarding issues during registration process of loyalty products

• Support the Supervisor Ford Protect Programs regarding special requests

• BA degree

• Pronounced communication skills and teamwork skills

• Flexibility and good assertiveness

• High detail accuracy

• Good skills of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word)

• Work experience within marketing, administration or finance

• Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
