AI Engineer

As a Senior Business AI Engagement Specialist, you will not just be a participant in meetings; you will be the voice that translates technical AI potential into tangible business value. You will act as a consultant and visionary, identifying where Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI can revolutionize our current workflows. The ideal candidate possesses the "executive presence" to talk to business leaders in their own language—focusing on ROI, efficiency, and strategic advantage—while maintaining a deep enough awareness of AI/LLM technologies to ensure feasibility.

• Lead Strategic Dialogues: Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, leading workshops and discovery sessions to uncover pain points that AI can solve.
• Speak the Language of Business: Translate complex AI concepts into clear, persuasive business cases. You must be able to "talk like business," focusing on outcomes, KPIs, and strategic alignment rather than just technical specs.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional leaders, ensuring AI initiatives are aligned with departmental goals and corporate strategy.
• AI/LLM Evangelism: Stay at the forefront of AI trends (Generative AI, RAG, Agentic workflows) and educate business partners on "the art of the possible."
• Bridge the Gap: Act as the critical link between technical AI developers and business end-users, ensuring that the final AI solution actually meets the business need.
• Value Tracking: Partner with business units to define success metrics for AI deployments and track the realization of benefits post-implementation.

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience - Bachelor of Science, AI Business Analyst, strategic consulting, or a technology-adjacent business role.
• Communication Mastery: Near-native or native-level English proficiency with a sophisticated vocabulary and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• AI Literacy: Strong foundational knowledge of AI/LLM capabilities, limitations, and the current technological landscape.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, or a related field (MBA or specialized AI business certification is a plus).
• Mindset: A curious, proactive, and visionary mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo.
