Responsible for Customs Clearance & Inland transportation /delivery of and all Import & Export Consignment. by Air & Sea from various ports in India.
Regular Coordination with Customs Broker / shipping line /Freight forwarder for import/ Export shipments
EXIM activities & import of capital goods under various duty-free schemes & issuance of Licenses under various import/export promotion schemes in coordination with various government agencies. Overall, responsible for various export / import / logistics and licensing activities.
Customs Clearance, EPCG License, Project Import license, Customs, Duty Drawback, various Exports Incentives etc., under Concessional Imports Duty Exemption under various customs notification and FTA, compliance of all customs matters.
Maintaining Liaising with Sr. Govt. Official.
Initiate for various Cost-effective project.
Knowledge of Import & Export Consignment customs Clearance Air & Sea.
- Follow up with shipping line Freight forwarder for regular import/ Export shipments and with CHA for import clearance.
Good knowledge of Export under self-sealing process & factory stuffing container.
Coordination for Import/ Export Transport from port to Plant and Plant to Port.
- Knowledge of Durable packaging material re- import duty free and time line of Tracking.
Responsibility of Service provider invoice processing and Service validation
Knowledge of Direct Port Delivery (DPD)Import customs clearance.
Knowledge of customs duty calculation and payment processing
Knowledge of registration of EPCG, Advance license & preparation Bond/BG
Knowledge of BG/Bond cancellation with customs
Finalization of provisional BOE and Shipping bill from customs
Knowledge of Customs clearance of capital goods/ Machinery under various duty-free schemes like, EPCG License, Project Import license & Advance license.
Knowledge of Duty Drawback, various Exports Incentives etc., under Concessional Imports Duty Exemption under various customs notification and FTA,
Knowledge of statutory compliance under various Custom laws, FTP rules, procedures and regulations including compliance with Customs duty and Import incentive scheme,
Good communication Skill of drafting the reply letter to Customs & Liaison with Government Bodies like customs, DGFT, IGST department etc. .
Dealing with Custom authorities for the assessment/Examination & litigation proceedings in close co-ordination with local CHA.
Any Graduate preferably with MBA in Import /Exports.
Work Experience-( 8-10 yrs )
+5yrs Customs Operations and additional working knowledge on HS classification / FTA analysis

Worked in any CoE environment, Operations / FTA HS Classification (preferred)
