We invite applications for Deputy Manager - Delivery & Web Content to serve as the Champion for Ford of Europe ‘Build and Price’ platform, leading the engagement between our European Markets and the Central FoE team. The role sits at the center of market stakeholders, tech teams, product architects, and product managers—navigating market-specific nuances to ensure precise delivery of requirements across our Passenger and Commercial Vehicle portfolios.

This position owns market engagement end-to-end, driving requirement clarity, stakeholder alignment, governance cadence, and market signoffs. It also leads to market and business-owner escalations, ensuring communication stays transparent, actions are time-bound, and closures are delivered with confidence. Ensuring Europe’s rigorous emission standards and diverse market regulations are accurately represented on websites is a core expectation of the role, enabled through the GPRS application and Enterprise Architect. A high standard of operational excellence is required to keep workstreams stable, minimize incidents, and sustain strong business satisfaction.

As the primary lead, you bring together FBS Market Leads, Central EU teams, and regional business stakeholders, including joint venture partners—to maximize platform uptime across 17 markets. This includes ensuring continuous service availability and pricing precision for a portfolio of 300+ models. Rigorous governance is maintained across the end-to-end information pipeline, so every customer interaction remains seamless and fully compliant with EU emissions and legal mandates. Strong visual and data integrity is critical to safeguarding Ford’s digital reputation and optimizing the journey for every visitor.

Beyond strategic oversight, the role leads a high-performing execution team operating across complex data ecosystems such as PAM, GPRS, and BSL. Delivery orchestration with key agency partners (WPP VML, Oliver) is essential, along with rapid incident resolution and close synchronization with IT, Product, and JV stakeholders to ensure flawless go-to-market execution for new program launches.Job Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

· Lead cross-functional teams through structured triage and incident remediation during critical live-site issues; implement lasting fixes to prevent recurrence and protect platform uptime.

· Spearhead execution of strategic roadmaps and new design program integrations across the Ford EU Digital platform, partnering with IT, Agency, and Business leadership to deliver committed milestones.

· Own market and business-owner governance to align priorities, manage dependencies, and close delivery blockers across markets, central teams, and agencies.

· Re-engineer pricing and market campaign workflows (including pricelist implementation) to reduce turnaround time and improve delivery reliability.

· Establish and run central governance for WLTP attribute mapping in GPRS and PRG wireframes, ensuring accurate display of emissions and technical data across the digital ecosystem.

· Ensure Model Year changeover readiness by maintaining complete availability of Emission, Dimension, and Weight & Load data across all Nameplates and unique vehicle programs.

· Align cycle refreshes for JV vehicle programs by proactively managing product specification readiness, timing, and stakeholder dependencies.

· Oversee vehicles launch digital assets end-to-end (delivery and controls), coordinating with Oliver and conducting configuration-matrix audits in JIRA to ensure correct content/images in customer experience.

· Build and sustain a high-performing team through talent acquisition and onboarding that prioritizes excellence, cultural alignment, and technical readiness.

Additional Responsibilities:

· Lead technology and process modernization across reporting, analytics, and data workflows by adopting industry practices and automating manual activities; partner with Automation and Re-engineering teams to deploy scalable solutions.

· Establish an operating cadence for leadership through daily/weekly briefings, performance scorecards, and forward-looking forecasts—enabling decisions on capacity utilization, delivery health, and new business scalability, with transparent reporting and timely approvals.

· Mentor leads by coaching them on delivery governance, stakeholder management, and incident handling, while actively supporting market-to-FBS escalation management.

· Foster a motivated, inclusive day-to-day working culture that strengthens collaboration and accountability, reinforces high performance, and improves team engagement through.

· Ensure adherence to MCRP, SoX, and GAO requirements to sustain ‘Nil Comments’ audit status through updated checklists, complete audit trails, and execution of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) practice drills.

· Partner with the department head on day-to-day operations and leadership cadence, covering performance reviews, strategic upskilling, governance, talent development, and workflow optimization.

The minimum requirements we seek:

· Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, PGDM, MSBA) or an equivalent advanced degree.

· 8-10 Yrs of total experience in business operations management

· 3+ years of experience with leading and coaching team leaders (directly or

indirectly) by demonstrating standard methodologies in market engagement, program management & communication

· Candidate should have managed small-to-medium-sized teams

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels and foster team alignment.

· Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills, utilizing business intelligence (BI) tools for strategic insights.

· Deep understanding and practical application of various business operation and process management methodologies (e.g., Business Process Management/Reengineering, Theory of Constraints).

· PMP, Agile (CSM, SAFe), or other relevant delivery management certifications are highly desirable.
