- Support the implementation, enhancement, rollout, and stabilization of global supply chain, material planning, logistics applications, and digital solutions.
- Knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA MM / PP modules
- Provide functional production support for assigned applications, including incident resolution, user-query management, issue analysis, system outage support, and coordination of recovery or rollback activities.
- Analyze reported application issues, identify root causes, coordinate with business and IT teams, and drive timely resolution with minimal impact to business operations.
- Monitor recurring issues and support corrective and preventive actions to improve application stability and user experience.
- Document and validate end-to-end business processes, including upstream and downstream dependencies, interfaces, controls, and operational requirements for GSCI owned applications
- Coordinate testing activities for application enhancements, including user acceptance testing, defect tracking, validation of fixes, and deployment sign-off.
- Support resolving identified application gaps resulting operational risks. Develop mitigation plans, and escalate critical concerns in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, user guides, and training materials.
- Identify opportunities within GSCI portfolio to simplify processes, reduce manual effort, eliminate non-value-added activities, and improve operational efficiency.
- Build strong working relationships with global stakeholders and proactively communicate progress, risks, decisions, dependencies, and required actions.
Support knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members, where required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Operations, or a related field.
- Knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA MM / PP modules
- Relevant experience in supply chain, material planning, logistics, manufacturing operations, enterprise applications, business analysis, or IT-enabled transformation.
- Knowledge of business-process mapping, requirements gathering, issue and risk management, and change management.
