Description- 

The candidate need to support the SPCPS & MF CoE Manager as a Functional / Data expert using Kinaxis Rapid Response and Java based application and responsible to deliver the following:

  • Kinaxis Certified – Author / Contributor / Integration / Admin 
  • Drive and co-ordinate Inbound integration / data load activities from various applications –GODW, GOB, OPA, SAC etc
  • Work on MDD Refresh & SPCPS Refresh using Java client and Kinaxis based CFF.
  • Check and verify data robustness to support seamless mix authoring at feature level in Kinaxis based applications CFF.
  •  Co-ordinate / Escalate issues / constraints immediately to avoid time loss and delay to program.
  • Interact with technical, data & IT team members to diagnose and resolve incidents in Kinaxis 
  • Keep track of incident tickets for quicker resolution without affecting business process and outcome.
  • Interact with business / IT to document, follow and implement functional enhancements 
  • Coordinate with the PDO / Codification / IT teams to pull new definitions into application
  • Support on testing functional enhancements in EDU and QA environment to avoid issues post implementation.
  • Bring issues which require escalation/help to the leadership team for support.
  • Regional/Goverance/Approval meetings 
  • Bring defects / enhancements request to approval forums
  • Support the SPCPS Business Manager as a Functional and Data Expert for the Kinaxis RapidResponse platform.
  • Coordinate month-beginning inbound data integration activities from source systems such as OVS, SAMIS, MASTER, SMART, and OMS SOB into Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • Validate and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and robustness of inbound data to support seamless Sales Planning Process (SPP) authoring.
  • Collaborate with regional MP&L and Sales Planning teams to author, maintain, and optimize demand and capacity plans within Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • Work closely with technical, IT, and data management teams to investigate, diagnose, and resolve functional and system-related incidents.
  • Monitor, track, and coordinate the resolution of Kinaxis incident tickets to minimize business impact and ensure service continuity.
  • Gather, document, and implement business requirements and functional enhancements in collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Coordinate with PDO, Codification, and IT teams to onboard new entities and master data into the Kinaxis environment.
  • Perform functional validation, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in EDU and QA environments to ensure successful deployment of enhancements.
  • Escalate critical issues, risks, and dependencies to leadership and relevant stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution.
  • Participate in regional governance, planning, and approval meetings to support decision-making and drive process improvements.
  • Present defect reports, enhancement requests, and solution recommendations during weekly SPCPS Business Process Review (BPR) meetings for review and approval.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Kinaxis RapidResponse objects, including workbooks, worksheets, alerts, scorecards, dashboards, scheduled tasks, and automation chains.
  • Analyze complex business challenges and deliver innovative, scalable solutions while adhering to Kinaxis RapidResponse best practices.
  • Collaborate with Kinaxis Solution Architects to design and optimize business processes that fully leverage RapidResponse capabilities.
  • Provide high-quality functional support and customer service by ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation, process guides, and knowledge articles to support ongoing system maintenance and user adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational governance standards, change management processes, and data quality requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance planning processes, system performance, and user experience.

Working Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in the Kinaxis operations / Sales or MP&L profiles etc.
  • Prior experience working with Sales & Production IT solutions.
