Machining Simulation Engineer- Powertrain

Machining Simulation Engineer will be responsible develop and deliver Process Engineering Models for Global Powertrain Programs and Plants.
This role involves collaboration with Global PTME Engineering groups to suppliers for data collection, validation and execute digital simulations.

Develop and Deliver Machining Digital Twin Simulations
Develop Digital Process Models using the Easy Plan BOP, 3D Layouts and Process Simulate Tools
Develop Kinematic Machine Models and validate equipment 
Create Process Plan for Robotic Stations
Validate Facility and Tooling reachability studies
Should be able to perform 3D Modeling and CAD Simplification and Kinematics
Detect equipment collisions and report out and provide engineering solutions

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Automobile, Production, master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience 5+ years in Digital Process Simulations
- Expertise in NX CAD Modeling and Drafting
- Expertise in Process Simulate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
