The Ford Champs Program provides students with hands-on, career-specific experience inside Ford of Mexico.

Ford Champs will allow to get to now different business areas through 12  months, while you improve your skills and become a better professional.

What you´ll do:

• Drive end-to-end IT projects from initial scope definition to successful closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Project Lifecycle & Risk Management: Define scope, build schedules (Agile/Waterfall), manage change control, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Financial & Supplier Control: Oversee budget planning, review supplier quotes, track requisitions/invoices, and manage project financials.
• Coordination & Tools: Align stakeholders through regular status reporting and manage project tracking using Jira, MS Project, and Excel.
  
  

What you´ll need:

• Active student from any of the last 2 semesters of Project Management Career or related
• 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
• Strong analytical and communication skills 
• Solid, positive and effective teamwork and communications skills
• Project/Program management skills including financial tracking
• Proficiency with Microsoft Tools (especially Project, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, SharePoint) 
• Preferable PMI certification and/or IT Infrastructure Project Management knowledge
