Power conversion module hardware engineer to lead DCDC hardware related design work and verification .

  1. Lead OBC/DCDC hardware design work 
  2. Cascade the Ford OBC/DCDC H/W requirement(CDS/RQT/DR) to supplier and review supplier design to make sure meet Ford requirement.
  3. Tracking and reviewing supplier design architecture/ DFMEA/PCB layout/SCAAF/WCCA/ DV/PV and other deliverables to meet program milestones.
  4. Lead OBC/DCDC H/W related quality issue investigation and solutions identification.
  1. Master Degree in Electronic Power is preferred.
  2. Power conversion module supplier 3 years H/W design experience preferred 
  3. Good knowledge of electronic components, Topology, PCB layout, magnetic components design. 
  4. Familiar with EMC, function safety, thermal management requirements .
  5. Familiar with GDPS or product development process.
  6. Strong Communication, Planning and Project Management Skills and Self-Starter capable of establishing processes and delivering results.
  7. Fluent in both oral and written English.
