Additionally, the candidate should possess strong personnel supervising skills, high negotiation abilities, and the capacity to effectively handle labor union relationships. A comprehensive knowledge of labor relations and human resources, along with the ability to travel for extended periods, is also crucial for this role.

• Serve as the primary expert in industrial canteens, ensuring compliance with current regulations and best practices.

• Oversee and manage personnel transportation services within manufacturing plants, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

• Manage the delivery of uniforms to manufacturing personnel, maintaining a seamless and reliable process.

• Lead and manage the suppliers, providing guidance, support, and direction to optimize performance and productivity.

• Utilize high negotiation skills to handle various business and labor-related matters effectively.

• Foster positive and productive relationships with labor unions, handling interactions in a professional and constructive manner.

• Apply a strong understanding of labor relations and human resources to address employee-related issues and drive a positive work environment.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English to engage with diverse stakeholders and convey key information effectively.

• Prepare and deliver executive-level reports to communicate critical insights and drive informed decision-making.
