As a Customer Service Representative, you will be our brand ambassador and the primary point of contact for our users. Your mission is to transform inquiries into memorable solutions while ensuring strict adherence to financial regulations and contributing to the continuous improvement of the overall customer experience. We are looking for an empathetic professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for learning within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

  • Experience Management (CX): Respond to inquiries with professionalism and empathy, anticipating customer needs to offer solutions before issues arise.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Diagnose complex problems and manage objections, proposing innovative alternatives that exceed expectations.
  • Compliance and Record-Keeping: Ensure all interactions meet external regulations and internal policies, maintaining meticulous and accurate documentation for every case.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Proactively work with other departments to identify service patterns and propose process improvements to optimize delivery.
  • Timely Follow-up: Guarantee prompt resolution of all requests within established timelines, ensuring effective closure for every customer requirement.
  • Academic Background: High School Degree and/or Bachelor’s degree
  • Languages: English proficiency level of 90% or higher (both spoken and written).
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of new financial systems and products.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal relations, high organizational capacity to manage multiple tasks, adaptability to change, and a commitment to fostering a supportive team environment.
