In this position... 

Finance strategically partners with operations to drive outstanding business results and enhance Ford’s industry leadership. When you join us, you’ll be able to contribute financial expertise that impacts all areas of our company, including planning, manufacturing, marketing and global distribution.

Responsible for recording monthly journal entries, performing monthly balance reviews, and providing problem-solving support related to dealer and customer payments. Additionally, this role provides support for the Tax department for special requests and ad-hoc inquiries.

What you'll do...

  • Prepare monthly journal entries and support general accounting processes. 
  • Prepare tax-related accounting reports, including the Dealers' VAT Layout. 
  • Monitor and follow up on Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports to ensure timely collections. 
  • Develop metrics, analyses, and reports to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and comply with accounting standards. 
  • Participate in and support internal and external audit processes. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and dealers, addressing inquiries and resolving payment or billing disputes.

You'll have... 

  • Bachelor’s degree in public accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency (both written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate issues and solutions efficiently and in time, to supervisors.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to work with a strong sense of urgency and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data analytics tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and/or Python.
  • High level of integrity and a strong customer-service orientation.
