HR - Young Professionals Program

Ready to accelerate your HR career? Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa is looking for driven Human Resources graduates to join our dynamic 1-year training program! This program provides young professionals with a valuable opportunity to acquire practical experience and training.

What you’ll bring:

Requirements/eligibility to apply:

• Applicants are required to have successfully completed their degree in their discipline with a pass rate of 65% or higher.
• Applicants who have not yet concluded their studies, will not be considered for the program.
• Applicants need to be between the ages of 18-35.

  • Copy of all University Academic Transcripts
