Are you ready to turn complex data into the roadmap for Ford’s success across Europe? In this role, you won’t just report numbers—you’ll shape them. As a key partner to the FCSD-E (Ford Customer Service Division – Europe) leadership team, you will translate vehicle parts sales into the strategic insights that drive our business forward. - Tell the Story Behind the Numbers: Use your creativity to transform datasets into clear, compelling stories that help our leadership team to develop Ford of Europe part sales strategy.
- Be the Bridge Between Data and People: lead discussions with partners in Operations and Business Units (Accessory, Collision, Wholesale, etc.) to understand their challenges and co-create solutions that make their lives easier.
- Smart Solutions: You’ll have the freedom to experiment with new ways of database building to ensure our it is reliable, accessible, and high-quality.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work within a supportive, agile team where brainstorming and diverse perspectives are encouraged.
- Learn and Grow: Develop your personal and technical skills by being open to new technologies (AI, programming, Cloud services), learning and applying them in your daily work.

Experience: Experience in data manipulation and interpretation such as a Data Analyst, Reporting Specialist, or any related field.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify root causes, and translate business challenges into effective technical solutions, with keen attention to detail.
Growth Mindset: willing to improve his/her skills both soft and technical. Being open to learn and apply AI, SQL, Alteryx, etc.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across various levels of the organization. Proudly present findings to management.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced use of Excel, knowledge of Power Query
Open to using AI, SQL and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data services
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, proactive, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, as well as effectively within a team in an agile environment.
