The Commercial Website Manager, FordPro.com is a digital subject matter expert and strategic orchestrator responsible for defining, optimizing, and scaling the end-to-end digital web experience across FordPro.com. Partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Merchandising, UX, and Engineering, this role will architect cohesive customer journeys across the Shop, Buy, and Own lifecycle. You will champion digital merchandising and site optimization across the integrated Ford Pro portfolio—spanning Commercial Vehicles, Software, Charging Solutions, Maintenance/Service, and Commercial Financing. Leveraging enterprise tools like Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce, you will ensure FordPro.com delivers high-converting, personalized, and intuitive commercial customer experiences.

What you’ll do…

Lead FordPro.com Digital Strategy & Execution: Own and drive the digital web experience for FordPro.com, ensuring a best-in-class, always-on digital storefront that serves the distinct needs of commercial fleet customers (from small businesses and trades to regional and large enterprise/government fleets).
Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary day-to-day website point of contact for key stakeholder and supporting teams, including Ford Pro business teams (Brand, Sales, Service, Software), GDIA, Enterprise Technology
Full-Funnel Customer Journeys: Map, build, and optimize seamless end-to-end user journeys across Shop, Buy, and Own stages, bridging digital touchpoints with offline commercial dealer and field sales channels.
Portfolio Merchandising & Ecosystem Integration: Drive cross-pillar digital merchandising across Ford Pro’s complete commercial suite— Vehicles, Software, Service and Commercial Financing.
Site Optimization & Conversion Rate Optimization: Lead continuous website optimization, personalization, and A/B/multivariate testing programs to enhance traffic quality, engagement, lead generation, vehicle reservation/ordering conversion, and software/service adoption.
Martech Platform SME (Adobe & Salesforce): Act as the primary digital web platform SME, working hands-on and strategically with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics) and Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, CRM/Sales Cloud, Experience/Commerce) to deliver dynamic content, personalized segments, and next best actions through the customer journey.
Data-Driven Insights & Analytics: Continuously monitor and analyze web traffic, funnel drop-offs, user behavior, and commercial conversion metrics. Establish KPIs, translate performance data into actionable product and merchandising tactics, and report ROI and business impact to leadership.
Commercial Segment Specialization: Incorporate commercial persona nuances (TCO considerations, payload/towing specifications, fleet management tools, charging uptime) into clear, high-impact digital messaging and intuitive web tools.
Cross-Functional & Agency Leadership: Lead cross-functional agency partners and collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Content Strategists, and Software Engineers to align roadmaps, backlogs, and release schedules with commercial business priorities.

You’ll have…

5+ years of demonstrated success in digital web experience, eCommerce, or digital merchandising within complex enterprise environments.
3+ years of hands-on and strategic experience working with the Adobe Suite of Products (Adobe Experience Manager/AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager / AEP).
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud/CRM, Experience Cloud, or Commerce Cloud) and integration with web lead-routing pipelines.
Deep subject matter expertise in web operations, always-on content strategy, digital customer journey mapping (Shop, Buy, Own), and conversion rate optimization.
Working knowledge of commercial fleet segments (SMB, Regional/Vocational, Enterprise, Municipal/Government) and their specific business and operational drivers.
Proven track record managing complex merchandising across multi-product ecosystems (e.g., hardware/vehicles, SaaS/software subscriptions, aftermarket services, and financial products).
Solid understanding of technical SEO, taxonomy/navigation architecture, and website accessibility standards.
Strong analytical mindset with proven experience translating web analytics and customer behavior data into actionable optimization hypotheses.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage agency partners, and influence technical and business stakeholders across an organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

Automotive experience (ideally commercial / fleet) and B2B SaaS.
Direct experience managing B2B eCommerce, commercial vehicle configuration, or commercial quoting flows.
Experience working within an Agile/Scrum product operating model alongside Product teams.
Agency management experience leading creative and production partners.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
