In this position...
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will drive daily recruitment operations to attract, select, and secure top talent. Working under general direction, you will manage the end-to-end hiring process ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance. By staying ahead of industry trends and delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences, you will play a key role in helping us "compete like a challenger" and win in the global talent arena.
What you'll do...
ATS-Driven End-to-End Recruitment. Leverage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the full candidate lifecycle, from posting jobs and tracking applications to coordinating interviews and transitioning selected candidates to onboarding.
Proactive Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building. Identify and engage high-caliber, diverse talent by combining professional networks and social media to build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
Candidate Screening & Evaluation. Conduct thorough initial screenings and behavioral assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements, documenting all feedback and candidate statuses within the ATS.
Offer Management & Negotiation. Lead the final stages of the selection process, managing salary negotiations and rolling out competitive offers within the system to successfully secure top-tier talent.
Compliance & Data Integrity in the ATS. Ensure all candidate records, hiring decisions, and diversity data are accurately maintained and strictly secured within the ATS and HCM systems, adhering to local labor laws and company compliance policies.
Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience Management. Act as an "Experience Champion" to provide timely, transparent updates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
What you'll need...
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Phycology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
4+ years of recruitment/HR experience.
Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment practices, candidate sourcing, assessment techniques, and relevant employment laws.

Work Location & Model
- Location: Based at our state-of-the-art Global Technology and Business Center (GTBC) near Lomas Verdes, Naucalpan.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid scheme (4 days on-site at the office, 1 day remote).
