Internal Control Coordinator

Ford Business Solutions is looking for an

Internal Control Coordinator

to join our team in our Szentendre location.

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?

• Providing professional support to operational teams regarding compliance with Company Policies as well as on emerging risks and changes to the business

• Leading and/or participating in internal control related projects / initiatives & supporting departmental workstreams.

• Coordinating and/or performing the annual control self-assessment testing for the European Marketing and Sales functions and entities

• Supporting development and implementation of improvement actions for control deficiencies.

  
  

We will support your development with additional tasks like:

• Supporting internal audits

• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with all levels of management and cross functional teams.

• Meeting regularly with Senior Management to align on expectations and providing updates on ongoing activities relating to internal controls.

Are we looking for you? Yes if…

• You have University / College degree and at least 2+ years post qualification experience

• You are not afraid of working in English with multinational colleagues from all around Europe

• You have strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills

• You are self-motivated and have the ability to multitask

• You have experience in auditing or internal control, although it is an advantage and not a requirement

• You have experience in non-production purchasing and third-party management, although it is an advantage and not a requirement

• You would like to travel within Europe (up to 10%-20%)
