The Ford Motor Credit Company team helps put people behind the wheels of great Ford and Lincoln vehicles. By partnering with dealerships, we provide financing, personalized service and professional expertise to thousands of dealers and millions of customers in over one hundred countries around the world.

In this position...

We're looking for a proactive professional who excels in fast-paced settings and is passionate about driving radical transformations that dramatically enhance efficiency and performance. In this high-visibility role, you will champion the redesign of core processes and workflows, owning their complete lifecycle from strategic conception through to flawless, sustainable implementation across our entire organization.

What you'll do...

  • Global Transformation Initiatives: Actively support or drive key transformation initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • End-to-End Process Re-engineering: Analyze and redesign complete business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Process Mapping: Develop detailed process maps for current (as-is) and future (to-be) process flows, providing clear visual documentation for stakeholders.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate opportunities for process offshoring, elimination, and automation, contributing to a more streamlined workflow.
  • Service Level and KPI Review: Assess current and proposed service level requirements and process KPIs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Governance and Service Management: Review and refine governance and service management frameworks to maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Design Workshops: Organize and support workshops to design innovative solutions, fostering collaborative environments for idea generation and problem-solving.
  • Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end implementation projects for various functions within Ford Credit, developing and managing project plans, and collaborating effectively with global stakeholders.
  • Value Architecture & Economic Assessment: Conduct economic assessments of optimization opportunities, articulating the business value and ROI of proposed process improvements and technology adoptions.
  • AI/ML Efficiency: Identify opportunities and support the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions to automate processes, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field required.
  • Three years of working experience within process engineering or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to apply process improvement methodologies and tools effectively in an operational setting.
  • Proven project management, time management, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity ("white space"), break down complex issues, generate insights from various sources (including data), and synthesize them into clear, actionable recommendations and compelling narratives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Quick learner, ability to shift/adapt quickly and thrives in a rapidly transforming business environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
  • Ability to work independently on assignments and proactively seek out optimization opportunities; just as comfortable contributing actively within a team or collaborative environment

Even better, you may have...

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree
  • PMP, Six Sigma, CBPP, BPMS, UiRPA and/or other applicable certification(s)
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Miro, Microsoft Project, and/or Microsoft Power Platform
  • Prior experience in financial services, banking, call center of the future, and/or automotive space
